Anti-Corruption Policy
| Article 1. Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption |
| The members of SK siltron and their agents shall neither offer, promise, or provide bribes to stakeholders, nor request or accept bribes from stakeholders, and shall maintain a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all circumstances. |
| Article 2. Adherence to the Anti-Graft Act and Anti-Corruption Act |
| All members of SK siltron shall understand and observe the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and SK siltron’s anti-corruption management system, to continuously reduce the risk of corruption and to maintain the transparency of SK siltron’s operations. |
| Article 3. Protection of Inside Reporters |
| SK siltron shall keep the details of reports made in relation to bribery and the identity of inside reporters confidential, within the range prescribed by law. No inside reporter shall be subject to disadvantages for making such a report. |
| Article 4. Reporting Acts of Corruption |
| Any or all acts of corruption, being considered or performed by SK siltron, a third party, or an agent shall be reported forthwith. Serious issues in relation to the operation of SK siltron’s anti-corruption management system, or instances forcing non-adherence to it, shall be speedily and fully managed as per the SK siltron policy. |
| Article 5. Chief Anti-Corruption Officer |
| An independent chief anti-corruption officer shall be appointed to assume the appropriate powers and report directly to the CEO on anti-corruption achievements. |
